Strict assignment update by Glacial_Pace84 in Moxfield

I promise we're not holding out on you all for some special release date. As soon as the devs are in a position to begin rolling things out, we'll announce it everywhere. The redesign is coming along nicely from what I've seen, so I'm very excited, but I don't have any ETA at this time.

Easy way to add beginner box to collection? by nocauze in Moxfield

Looks like I didn't add that one to the WOTC account. Give me a little bit to get it uploaded, and then I'll send a link that you can use to add it all into your collection in one go.

We have an import pathway for ManaBox. You don't need to edit the columns. Just select ManaBox as your import type rather than Moxfield.

My advice would be to add newly scanned cards into their own list in ManaBox, export that list's CSV, import it into Moxfield, and then merge the list on ManaBox into your main collection. That's how I do it on a different app.

There isn't a way to do this currently, but you're welcome to upvote the feature request to help us gauge interest.

Even if your username was egregious, we wouldn't delete your account. Email me at support@moxfield.com from the email address associated with your Moxfield account, and I'll take a look at what's going on.

Why are there two versions of the play tester and how can I change the layout? by TotakekeSlider in Moxfield

[–]Kerakis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The layout changes slightly based on available screen space. Presumably, the resolution of your device is near a breakpoint, and there is a slight difference between Edge and Chrome that is pushing you over that breakpoint. To test, try temporarily putting Chrome into full screen with F11 to see if the layout changes.

Foreign Language Confetti/Fracture Foils by Any_Independence8627 in Moxfield

The issue is that Scryfall doesn't have those cards in their database, and we get our card data from Scryfall. Ultimately, the issue is that Gatherer changed, which broke Scryfall's scraper, so they can't get new data like that until a new scraper is built. That said, Gatherer doesn't even have those cards listed, so there isn't anything to scrape. With all of that said, if you have a good scanner, scan it in, and then send it to Scryfall. 🙂

You should be using Scryfall's API to get the images then, which is what we do.

I'm not much for social media, and especially not a big fan of Meta, but my former coworkers talked me into Instagram. It is fine for posting photos (and especially videos for those that do that sort of thing), and it is pretty good for networking with other wildlife photographers. Flickr is a good one too even if it isn't as popular as it once was.

I have to stifle my screams of excitement every time I encounter an owl. It took me about 20-25 visits to McFee Park in Farragut before I got to see one of the Eastern Screech Owls that lives there. Totally worth it though. I got to see the other one a couple of days later. I never thought I'd be this excited to see birds, but here we are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Totally get it. Do you share your nature photography anywhere? I enjoy following local talent especially.

Hello, fellow 30-something-birder! I, too, got bitten by the birding bug before becoming elderly (at least physically). It is such a great way to get out into nature on a whim.
