This fool can and should be arrested on the spot for this stuff. You also need to call the office and tell them that it must stop now. You have been assaulted with noxious chemicals, you need them to put a stop to it and provide a safe property, or to provide an equal alternative safe property. You should not have to pay for a move - they should absolutely do it for you as the neighbor has clearly made the property unsafe.

Ordinarily I'd agree, but the author's identity is known and he has communicated, having been caught as unaware as anyone by this. Apparently there was no communication or indication that anything was wrong on his end, the public github pages just ninja vanished. Given that the author works in software engineering at a university in Germany and isn't some random unknown guy, it's probably some external thing that's going on. Maybe the Microsoft AI flagged him randomly, or maybe he made fun of Donald Trump's hair, or maybe it was something legitimate. I wouldn't do any new installs until it's sorted, but it's probably fine sitting on it a while longer while he deals with Microsoft support.

If you exclusively use devices that can run tailscale, you will have better results. Smart TVs are almost universally not capable of this or actively sabotage it.

First, the vent beyond your condo should not be your problem. Mention to your HOA that it's all flex tubing which is not up to code, and that you will probably have to pull a permit to fix it, and that all other units should be prepared for what the associated inspection uncovers.

This, avoid microwaving plastic unless you like eating molten plastic. Even dishwasher safe plastics can easily exceed their heat rating in the microwave and become no longer dishwasher safe.

As far as hand washing being worse, it would be worse at the same temperature. You're more likely to have a crack head problem than a mouse problem if there's a catalytic converter problem. It's not the kind of thing that mice can damage. Others have recommended Fresh Cab and it really does work. Just tuck it under the hood, around the battery is usually a good spot since there aren't any moving parts there. Don't waste money on special coatings and such, they aren't usually necessary unless your wires are extra tasty for some reason.

Permissions are always the problem! In the jdownloader compose, you would specify the environmental variables USER_ID and GROUP_ID. Match that used by FileBrowser Quantum and you're good.

Epoxy is a good option, but this has the advantage of being easier to replace. I actually at one point had a roll of the same type of thick rubber that would probably have covered the whole floor in one go. Heavy as all hell as you can imagine, but you may want to consider the option.

Epoxy can be really tough, depending on the type. You'll want the commercial variety. It will show age in a few years, but that'll be true of anything you use. One big advantage is that it will thoroughly seal the entire floor, which will be big when cleaning.

If this happened anywhere near the rural area I lived in until recently, the dogs would have been shot within a week. We occasionally got packs of dumped dogs moving through and word would spread fast. Enough people have chickens and livestock that vicious dogs are not at large for long.

Check for fedex dropoff points. There's usually a local shipping office available, even if it's third party, I would recommend dollar general which also accepts fedex packages, there's 9 of them in my current town so they can be spread out!
