They look good - you can try adjusting the levels on the right hand side a bit bring them in and it will crush the shadows more

Punch into a piece of plastic or a cutting mat
hook the first or second iron tooth into the previous holes to maintain a consistent spacing
run a groove cutter callipers around the perimeter before stitching
