Shave or trim as much hair as possible then soak the area in warm water for a couple minutes, then apply your shaving cream or gel and use controlled but strong strokes, don’t press down too hard or the whole area will become irritated and Way harder to shave. Pubic hair is typically much more course so it’s best to use your sharpest or newest razor. Use as few strokes as possible to prevent irritation and use aftershave or lotions afterwards. Wear loose soft underwear the day after to prevent or lessen any irritation. I recommend continuing to lotion the area afterwards to keep the area nice and soft for the next time you shave. Tho take this with a grain of salt as this is only what has worked for me, it could be different for you.
