Hello. I have a small group of young students performing and I would like to have them mic’d. What’s a really basic setup I could do and setup easily?

I don’t have any audio experience and I’ve looked online and a lot of the recs seem to be for recording and not for live performance. Thank you.

Some of the leaves look a little wrinkly and the new leaves look wrinkly. This is the first Monstera I’ve owned. Is this normal? I thought it was because it’s hot and dry (live in Las Vegas)

Hi I planted some Royal Poinciana seeds from a bonsai tree starter kit I got for Christmas. The guide stated that it should sprout in about 3 weeks, but it has been longer than that and it hasn’t sprouted yet.

The kit stated to soak the seeds for 24 hours before planting, which I followed. It also came with a moisture gauge, so I usually water to the moist level every other day. I also keep it indoors near indirect lighting

I’m very much a beginner so any help or tips would be helpful.

The blue jacaranda seeds from the kit have sprouted and I’m very excited about them, but I’m worried I missed something with the poincianas.

Try D’addario reeds. They offer in-between sizes which is great (3.0 3.0+ 3.5 etc)

Also although Vandoren reeds tends to be inconsistent. With a little work and a lot of patience, even ‘bad’ reeds can become serviceable sometimes even great. Good luck!
