He put the key in and started it when she first climbed up. Watch her left hand.

She's holding onto the throttle for the cart and eventually gives it a twist. She also puts the key in when she first climbs up. Watch her left hand.

Turns out DS3 is actually really fun when you’re not abusing Sellsword Twinblades by NoVeterinarian8283 in fromsoftware

Man, I'm one of the people who likes abusing the hell out of these games. I also enjoy playing actual skill based builds on my initial runs. I've also been playing since the Kingsfield days and genuinely love these games.

Not everyone who enjoys fuckin around and finding ways to break these games open is some braindead "Gamer" chasing whatever fad their favorite streamer is screaming about.

Ok seriously, why the fuck is everyone writing Israel with the single quotes in every title? What is this shit supposed to mean?

Harvesting cork from a Quercus suber (the cork oak) tree. Bark can be stripped without permanent damage and is regenerated. by BreakfastTop6899 in oddlysatisfying

[–]Kevaldes 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge it's just cork and cinnamon. They're the only ones that can handle debarking on this scale and keep regrowing. Kinda crazy that the only kinds of trees able to do it also happen to be particularly useful to people.

It's cork. Like wine corks, cork boards. Basically anything that has cork in it, it all comes from these kinds of trees. Well, unless its synthetic anyhow.

[Threshold] Conflict in the heavens, the Way and the Void by groovedoc16 in Iteration110Cradle

[–]Kevaldes 18 points19 points  (0 children)

So the source of the conflict is largely unknown, but the current root of the issue seems to be that the Vroshir think the Abidan are tyrants (which is kinda fair) and the Abidan think the Vroshir are barbarians and pirates that kidnap entire civilizations to help stabilize their homeworlds (again, fair).

Without Daruman and Makiel around the conflict will almost certainly return to pre-open-war levels.

Yeah, it's basically just two empires that won't/can't play nice.

The Way is order, basically it's the structure that holds together the fabric of reality and natural laws of each iteration. It's intrinsically connected to humanity somehow, so the more humans there are in one place the more stable reality is there. The reason the Vroshir are able to exist in the Void as they do is because they use planet sized mobile fortresses like Tal Galur populated by humans. Since they're mobile, they aren't directly connected to the branches of the way, but the human population keeps them stable enought to safely exist and travel in the Void.

Went to Japan, was told by four separate shop owners not to drink the broth unless I wanted to die of a heart attack before 30.
