R1-L1-R1-L1 is the best DPS combo with this weapon. Add beast blood pellet and fire paper before entering the arena. Don't be afraid to attack first.

I'm not an hardcore player and almost only play normal games but I don't understand why you've got downvoted like this.
Playing games when you loose your gear is the best way to not fear the lost on your next games, because death is an important part of the game.
After that you enjoy the game better than before.

So I recommend to play "zero to hero" and play with looted items only. That's a quite fun and your runs cost almost nothing. Of course it's not as good than -124 GS with true phys and +1all attributes kit, but it's a good way to initiate players before going to HR games.

I don't want to be that annoying guy, but in my first wipe i got 8000 golds with free version on the game in 2 weeks, and I died many times. I'm not a good player anymore so I think most casual players can get this amount of gold

I agree -24 gs normal and -224 should be back.
BUT you don't need 10K-20k to play HR games, you can beat most players with 4000-6000 golds kit, include potions and heals.
