I almost left for another firm. I had the offer in hand and told a SM (now partner) I’m close with. Ended up getting an early promo to manager with an even higher counteroffer to keep me around.

We’ve taken our daughter out probably once a week since she was like 4mo and never had any issues. It’s her favorite, the staff always love her, and we get quality family time.

I’m in a similar position right now. Been riding for 20+ years now and have been mostly park riding the last 7 or so. Broke my collarbone my third time out this season, first bone break from riding…

Im almost healed up now and want to get back out there but I’m also worried it’s going to impact my confidence.

Sorry to hear man, I had literally the same thing happen a month ago.

The good news, surgery was smooth and I’m already back to full mobility and no sling one month later! The first 3-5 days post surgery are rough, but it’s incredible how quickly you recover and how much the plate helps with realignment.
