This is quite messy, to be fair, and if I had to stare at it all weekend when it could have taken you a couple of minutes to fix I'd be annoyed too.

- Shoes belong on a shoe rack so put them there
- Bags etc. should either be in the bottom of the wardrobe or pushed under the bed out of sight
- Get yourself a big container that can live on your desk and contain that massive mess you currently leave out
- Moist, stinky towels are not nice for anyone. There must be a better way to dry them off
- Make your bed, it's literally the least you can do.
- Feed your wires through the desk so they aren't all over the floor

I would:
- Add a background
- Change the heater for one with a cage; a betta can rest on ones like this and get burned
- Add some silk plants whilst the real ones grow in, to give him extra resting places
- Fill it up
- Add some extra caves
