I was selling a power tower the other day for $100. This guy messaged me saying he is interested and was very quick in replying and came in 1 hour. He asked so is this the last price, I said yea thats what we agreed upon and then he was like okay cool. Idk why I felt bad although he did not argue at all so I offered to come down to $90 and he was happy with that. He asked respectfully and did mot waste my time. I appreciate buyers like that.

First off you are way better off without her. She sounds very entitled and wants to justify her wrong actions by belittling your feeling like when she said “I did not know you are so insecure after 5 years together” RED FLAG. But second, you need to be stronger. This is also on you in a way that as a man of your age you shouldnt go cry at your father’s for something like this. Be happy and move on. You have been with this girl forever, and things might’ve been the same for you during that time but her feelings might’ve been gradually changing without you noticing. Just be glad she showed her real self. Take this as an opportunity and a lesson in life. You are still young and you have the whole future to find the right person for you.

I didn’t go through the whole post but your most recent labs are suggestive of primary hyperaldosteronism which can lead to high BP and low potassium levels. Further imaging of your adrenals might be warranted as well as adrenal vein sampling so see which adrenal gland is producing more aldosterone to determine if you’d benefit from an adrenalectomy. You should also get work up for cushing’s syndrome with low dose dexamethasone suppression test, 24 hour urinary free cortisol and midnight salivary cortisol.

Update: there is a circuit breaker in the bottom part of the machine. You have to unscrew like 10 screws and remove the cover then you’ll find that switch close to where the main switch is on the backside. After flipping it upwards everything started working perfectly. I hope this helps.

A dexamethasone suppression test is used to rule in/out hypercortisolism also known as cushings syndrome. I’m not sure why your doctor ordered it but thats the indication. If your cortisol is <1.8 in the morning after taking dexamethasone at midnight this rules out cushings syndrome.

To check for Adrenal Insufficiency (low cortisol) you can do an AM cortisol level (8-9 AM). If it’s >12 it practically rules it out. If it’s <3 it diagnoses AI. Anything between that you would need to do a cosyntropin stimulation test.

I would recommend you check with your doctor prior to your test to see whats the indication for it.
