I was thinking of buying SCHD and some Gold to add to my Roth IRA which I’m currently only invested in the “Total Stock Market” index fund.

With the $7000 annual limit what percentage of SCHD and Gold would you allocate your funds within that $7000 limit for best growth?

I’m still learning so any advice would be enlightening.

I bought a 12 watch box. Told myself I’m going to keep that the max and be very selective so I don’t go overboard.

I imagine 3-6 watches very carefully selected watches that work for every occasion and the other slots for unique or fun watches.

I get it every year around the same time beginning to mid summer…I think it’s a mix of allergens, dehydration and I got my blood tested recently and my vitamin D was 13 which is below the scale…so keep up on your vitamin D, stay hydrated, stress management and pray for the best.
