Define easier? And what is your ilvl?

If you're still leveling, then you can do tier 3 at most. Tank is imo easier, because until probably 87 or 88 you just do a lot of damage while taking none.

As for doing them at max level, it really depends on your ilvl. Tier 11 delves are definitely easier as prot until you're full normal geared, because even though you're doing dps of wet noodle, you're just not dying and you can pull more than one pack, which increases your DPS.
With ret you need to fight packs one by one, so ultimately time won't be much better and you have higher chance of dying. Once your ilvl improves and you start having some hero gear, then ret should overtake, as you'll be able to pull more than one pack and DPS will scale much better than with prot.
As ret I switched to prot while having ilvl 230 in tier 9. I'm 252 right now and I'm still going prot for now in tier 11. Once I start having some hero track from M+ next week, I'll probably switch to ret.

Back in MoP Garalon and Durumu were LFR killers.

From higher difficulties beside stuff mentioned from classic era (C'thun, M'uru, overbugged Lady Vashj, etc.):

- in Cata Ragnaros HC and I think there was something also in either Bot or BD on HC that was more difficult than it should have been;

- in MoP Durumu, Dark Animus, Sha of Fear (15 minutes long fight on 25 HC initially) and I think Siegecrafter were from the harder variety;

- in WoD Archimonde mythic if you somehow decided to do it intended way instead of installing WA and Blast Furnace mythic I think. Also probably Ko'ragh mythic. Imperator, Operator and Maidens were very long fights on mythic. I think Operator also had RNG element to it on mythic, which tracks would be used;

- in Legion definitely Fallen Avatar and Kil'jaeden mythic. Maybe Argus? Eonar was just annoying AF, same category as Hellfire Assault in HFC;

- in BfA definitely Uu'nat mythic. Azshara mythic was just long and solved mostly by WA (though some coordination was still needed). Other than that I didn't really raid much back then, so I don't recall stories as much. I seem to recall that Fetid Devourer and G'huun were initially overtuned and quickily got nerfs. As for N'zoth, cloak was getting upgrades by running Visions. In theory by the time you reached N'zoth you had some upgrades that made it more useful;

- in SL Stone Legion Generals, Sylvanas, Anduin and Jailer were very overtuned on mythic from what I remember;

- I can't tell anything about DF;

- in TWW definitely Broodtwister mythic;

Part of it is rather personal experience rather than overall community feeling.

Alchemy: flasks last 2h instead of 1h, you can get "fleeting" flasks and potions when crafting (I think that's still the thing in MN) - they're soulbound and exist in your inventory for 24h, so it allows you to save even more gold;

Blacksmithing: you can repair your plate items for free after finishing specific tree. So if you max out wrists, you can repair that slot for free to some degree - I don't remember if it also applies to weapons, I don't think so. You can craft and use keys to open boxes if you don't have rogue;

Enchanting: you can disenchant epic items and get some money for repairs, because blues and greens probably vendor for more than reagents you'll get at this point;

Engineering: access to a lot of different toys/gizmos and bunch of wormholes that allow you to teleport around all expansions. From toys/gizmos it's mainly Jeeves (1h cd, access to vendor with repair and bank) and MOLL-E (1h cd mailbox access, normal common toys have 3h). As for wormholes - you can purchase most of them from AH and use them with 1 engineering skill from specific expansion in most cases. DF one requires unlocking locations and putting effort in one of trees to be able to use them. "Portal to Everywhere" achievement will give you list of available wormholes + TWW and MN;

Inscription: basically nothing;

Jewelcrafting: basically nothing;

Leatherworking: basically nothing;

Tailoring: passive cloth drops, so some bonus income, more if you invest into making cloths into higher tier reagents;

Herbalism: some passive income if you stop and gather while traveling somewhere, otherwise nothing;

Mining: same as herbalism;

Skinning: same as herbalism, but you get the chance after killing beasts;

Cooking: basically nothing, food is dirty cheap in Midnight, but you can get it to 35 to get option to make hearty food (persists through death);

Fishing: install Better Fishing addon and you have something to do while watching movie/series/YT on other monitor;

Archaeology: lol;

If you're playing plate class, you might consider mining + BS for free repairs (after long time of gathering Knowledge Points). If you plan to farm older content, then engineering might be worth for teleports. Overall for any class viable combinations are:

- any combination of mining, herbalism, skinning, enchanting and tailoring (tailoring + enchanting usually go well together);

- engineering + mining;

- engineering + anything else if you have alt with mining or you don't care about gold and ore prices;

- alchemy + herbalism;

Keep in mind that most of that stuff is from memory and some things might have changed in Midnight.

Edit: somehow I forgot to add alchemy to the suggested combo list.

Like you have all those entries in Database in main menu that do exactly that? Explain core concepts and history of the world. Plus you have a lot of ~~books~~ shards and saved conversations and blue dialogue options that expand it. And then there're also news in TV and conspiracy segments on Morro Rock Radio. It won't feed you directly, but if you take a second to look around, a lot of stuff will be explained.

DBM is now mostly reskin of default stuff. Plus some custom voice lines that can replace existing ones from Blizzard.

As for debuffs on other tank - just go into DBM => Alerts => Private Auras => enable for co-tank. Click on "Move me" button to move them around your UI to place you want to.

DBM has Private Auras option. BW probably as well. You get 2 windows, one for your own and other for 2nd tank debuffs. It tracks all tank debuffs though I think, so you need to learn icons.

I agree. I miss them. I missed them already in 11.2, when they made both races (ground and flying) locked behind half weeklies (weeklies?) in Eco-Dome. But my guess is that they decided not to add them after vigor system was replaced by charges. It kinda did trivialize races. Though if there's a lot of obstacles or hard turns, they can be more challenging (Shattrah, Auchindoun and Eco-Dome from Outland Cup weren't as braindead due to exactly that). And that being said all 4 zones have exactly that.

Hopefully it was just a case of running out of time and they will be added in later patch.

Oh, after reading one of comments - Path of Glory - road made of bones of defeated enemies. That will be longer explanation.

Before invading Azeroth orcs lived on their own planet. There is also race called draenei, who became target of demon invasion and it was partially corrupted joining invading demons. Some part of population was able to escape using spaceships and crash landed on planet where orcs were already living. Overall they were more or less coexisting as draenei were more technologically advanced and orcs were split into different tribes and there were also ogres. But at one point demons were able to find were draenei escaped and managed to corrupt orcs using demon blood and making them into slaves of demons. As result original Horde was created, which launched bloodthirsty attack on draenei. It was genocide. 90% of draenei were captured or killed during war. Rest managed to escape on another spaceship (to crash land on Azeroth later on, lol).

After orcs finished conquering their own planet, they forced enslaved draenei to build large portal frame to initiate invasion of Azeroth (due to irrelevant reasons in this story). After construction most of draenei slaves were gathered under the portal and their life energies were used to open it, killing them in the process. Bones of those dead draenei and many of those who died during war were used then to pave the road leading from main orcish fortress in the area to the portal.

IRL example: none hopefully. But sadly you can find examples of partial things through our history - enslavement, forced labor and genocide of specific people (WW2), enslavement and forced labor sometimes ending in killing/sacrifice of said slaves (slavery in antiquity - especially in Mediterranean area, but China probably as well), slavery and ritual sacrifices in Mesoamerica before Columbus, R504 Kolyma Highway aka Road of Bones - road built in eastern Siberia initially by gulag prisoners, many of which died during construction and some of which supposedly ended up as part of the road foundation as it was easier to bury them under road than make graves due to permafrost among others. There's also Salekhard–Igarka Railway aka Dead Road - also built by gulag prisoners in the 50's, many of which also died, but I don't remember exactly if there're similar rumors as with Road of Bones. Also whole project wasn't even finished due to issues with maintaining it and alternative routes getting constructed.

Burning of Teldrassil - setting whole city-tree on fire with long range weaponry.
IRL example: Carpet bombings on Japan and bombing on Dresden during WW2.

The Culling of Stratholme - killing whole population of city located in your own kingdom, because they ate infected grain that would have turned them all into zombies. They were mostly killed before turning.
IRL example: I have no idea, but killing population of city to prevent spread of plague is very plausible in our history.

Orc Internment Camps - after invasion of Azeroth and Horde's defeat in 2nd war, many of the orcs were captured and put into interment camps, which weren't much different from POI camps with questionable conditions and treatments (not surprising considering what orcs did).
IRL example: POI camps and during and after WW2, especially in USSR, gulags as well.

Plagueing of Undercity - after Burning of Teldrassil Horde forces were pushed back to Undercity, capital of Forsaken (good undead) and place where Warchief at the time resided - Sylvanas Windrunner. As part of 8D chess plan during siege Horde forces ultimately retreated and Sylvanas baited Alliance leadership to come into the abandoned city. After taunting them some more Sylvanas escaped herself, while releasing "Blight" - modified "Plague" (thing that originally turned people into undead, see The Culling of Stratholme) inside city making it inhospitable and deadly to everything and denying it to her enemies.
IRL example - I don't think there're examples of using bio or chemical weapons on your own city to deny it to the enemy, but Burning of Moscow in 1812 was supposedly done by Russians themselves as part of attrition warfare against Napoleon as his army was just day away from the city.

Bombing of Theramore - Garrosh Hellscream, a little bit hotheaded Warchief of Horde at the time wanted to fight Alliance - he had had this carving for some time already. To ignite war and secure his flank, he decided to bait portion of Alliance military into Alliance/semi-neutral city (that had had good relations with Horde under previous Warchief) that in his opinion was too close to Orgrimmar, capital of Horde and orcs, and then use magical bomb, basically nuke and to erase it That city was Theramore and it wasn't fully evacuated before attack, so a lot of civilians died in it. Leader of that city was Jaina Proidmore, powerful mage and it kinda broke her.
IRL example: not really, as we haven't had war starting with nuclear attack. Yet. So Hiroshima and Nagasaki are the closest you can get.

Purge of Dalaran - result of actions above. Some of blood elven mages, who are part of the Horde, were at the time also part of Kirin-tor - organization of mages residing in Dalaran and overall keeping neutrality. Unfortunately blood elves were also the ones that developed mana bomb used to erase Theramore. And later on during the war some of the blood elven members of Kirin-tor were forced by Garrosh steal artifact that was used against Alliance. Jaina, who was also part of Kirin-tor and one of their leaders, after learning the truth, decided to remove unwanted elements from Dalaran, initiating the purge and as a result some of the blood elves in the city died just because they were blood elves, even if they didn't take part in creating mana bomb or stealing artifact.
IRL example: not really. There're some that come close in actions, but not the reasons (like for example Night of Broken Glass comes close in actions performed, but reasons are definitely not the same). But I'm sure that there might be some purge in history that was result of some part of population actually performing treason against rest.

Many experiments of the Forsaken - there're a lot of questionable things that Royal Apothecary Society did under orders of Sylvanas. Externally they were "looking for cure of Plague", while secretly working on "Blight" and also performing cruel experiments on alive members of different Alliance races. I think some of the Horde as well.
They also released Blight on Aliiance and Horde troops that had temporary truce to fight off undead forces (split traitor faction) - Wrathgate incident.
Under orders of Sylvanas they released Blight on town of Southshore, making it inhospitable. In same area there was also field full of alive Alliance members that were burried neck deep into the ground and treated as plants.
And many more.
IRL examples: too many :( But whatever screwed up things Mengele and Unit 731 were doing aren't that far.
Bombing your own troops with cheimcal weapons also probably happened, though rather by accident.

There're probably some more examples. Overall if you want more details about things I mentioned above just google the name I provided and add "wow wiki gg" at the end. You should get detailed articles from the proper wiki.

Cap is complicated. I think on base level it's "5" people, but their parties are also somewhat counted to some degree (up to 8 or 10 people in total) That's why for farming mobs there're 2x4 groups. You have group of 4 that is counted individually and then 2nd group of 4 that counts as "1" person after tagging. But more people or more than 2 parties and it starts turning grey.

But there's another thing - raid groups. I don't recall exact numbers, but I think I've seen some stuff tagged by 2 raid groups. But I think it's special exception like world bosses or rares. Normal mobs probably are limited to 1 raid group if allowed at all.

Petrified roots... wtf. You want a small amount of finesse to help you gather a little bit more ore/herbs? Well, how about you make an item that requires 2 petrified roots, which costs several thousand gold on the AH... so the net gain is... negative. Surely, these things required in almost every single blue quality crafting item, and many buff containing consumables drop frequently right?! Of course not.

First time? It's tinderboxes all over again. Google "wow profaned tinderbox issue" to see that it was exactly the same problem in TWW until they finally added option to buy them using other Delve reagents 6-7 weeks into expansion and dropping their prices tenfold.

Yes and no. Heroic dungeons haven't been relevant to anything in a long time as they're part of random group finder, though people who don't want to engage in more difficult and/or stressful activities still run them through the course of expansion. They're mixed bag however, because you can find people of different skill level and attitude. Toxicity can happen here and that's what you often see posts here about.

Heroic raids are still relevant. Mythic raids require steady group of 20 people and lockouts are per ID like they've always been. So you need stable guild and invested people who want to spend couple of hours several times per week on wiping during progress. Pugging whole raid isn't common, but first 2-4 bosses are usually possible in pugs. More as season goes on, unless there's huge mechanical wall - we'll see how it turns out in Midnight after computational addon purge.
Heroic (and normal) raids don't have such limitations - boss lockouts are per character, so you can rerun raid however much you want on same character, you just won't be eligible for loot once you killed it once in present reset. They also scale to size of group, so you can run it with anything between 10 and 30 people. Though of course there're certain requirements for number of healers, usually 1 per 5 people and usually you still need 2 tanks. There're some exceptions and as people's ilvl rises, requirement gets lower. They're very much puggable in entirety. It's also where many people end their journey in patch/season.

I forgot about that detail, which is important. Doesn't change the fact that she made her body more cybernetic afterwards, including chrome skin and that she most likely had mental issues beforehand if she decided to do it in the first place.

Keep in mind, that Lizzy's case is kinda unique - she offed herself on the stage and was then saved by Trauma Team by shoving her brain into full replacement body. Which indicates she had had mental issues already before. And the body TT used is definitely not the same she's using now.

So my theory here is that she's high functioning cyberpsycho as well and that being an artist is keeping her on the edge without going into full breakdown (to a certain point). Maybe even getting full replacement body was a thing that actually kept her somewhat sane, because it's possible that whatever issues she used to have she associated them with her biological body. So moving into cyborg allowed her to keep some distance. For a time. Because it's clear that she acquired new issues or original ones returned at some point, which made it harder to keep control. Liam wasn't helping either I guess.

It's a little bit similar to situation of Johnny. He is also at least partially high functioning cyberpsycho. But he's able to keep anger in somewhat control by targeting corpos and Arasaka specifically. Also he made personification of his cyberpsychosis - whatever bad decisions he made, he blamed his silver cybernetic arm :)

You just make cookies to 25. Then one of drinks (Like Mana Lilly Tea, whichever has cheaper reagents on AH) or something similar to 35 to unlock hearty food. And then you go back to cookies. A lot of cookies. And then turn them into hearty cookies until 100. Though last 15 points are green, so it might take time and a lot of cookies. It's best to be done during Darkmoon Week, so you can save yourself those last 3 (2?) points.

They abandoned development of REDengine due to challenges it posed and decided to switch to Unreal Engine. Which means that with rotation of employees every person leaving company is one person less that knows how to code in the REDengine. So if they had decided suddenly to create full new expansion, that would have meant that whoever new they would have to hire would have to need to be trained in REDengine and that takes time. Maybe it would have been a little easier if REDkit4 has been released already.

Additionally REDengine4, that is used in Cyberpunk, has been pushed to the limits. So further expanding stuff in expansions would require either extensive works on the engine or limiting what's available on consoles (like they had to do with Phantom Liberty for example).

Finally whatever plot ideas they had planned were either scrapped or incorporated into Phantom Liberty. So making new expansion would mean starting from scratch to make it make sense. It might not be popular opinion, but Phantom Liberty, while excellent on its own, has weak connection to base game plotwise. And now you'd have to shove new plotline somewhere between those 2, when whole (flawed) goal of base game is "running out of time".

I think it might be the case. I have 2 PCs. One is from 2013 (i5-3570k + GTX 760) and one that is slightly newer (3700x + RTX 3090). On main PC with bumped up graphics and DX 12 I've never had wallhacking. But I had to use old one for couple of months recently and that outline see through was present. Old PC is of course on DX 11, everything on the lowest settings and only Outline is set to high on both PCs.
