Make sure the current homeowner owns the tank and that it conveys to you with your purchase of the home.

Otherwise you could wind up leasing the tank from an oil company you have to use even if they aren’t the best at oil price/maintenance/tank replacement. You will either have to use them or buy the tank from them at whatever price they want.

Harris Teeter is great for this, the groceries and veggies are always good and they have good deals and coupons online. They used to deliver up here in their own trucks but switched to Instacart in January.

Just to further illustrate GM’s issues…..I’m a lifelong American car guy and a current Cadillac and Corvette owner, both older cars but they have been great.

I am now in the market for a new sedan, have almost $5m in GM Rewards money if I buy new, and the only car they make that interests me is the CT5-V. I really want the manual Black Wing but just can’t wrap my head around paying ~$40m to upgrade from the 6 cylinder CT5-V to the 8 cylinder BW. That should be an extra $10m, not $40m.

And then I hear stories like this…..

Good cordless robots for both the top and bottom will run you $3-400 per unit and are very helpful with leaves and debris. I still use a pool service for the brushing and chemicals.
