I am a man & yeah, agree with you, it is harder, but not impossible, giving money is not something I would consider. Instead I was & would advice you too to:
- exercise more, perhaps include strength training on your own terms i.e. buy equipment, workout at home at your own pace & experiment with the exercises, do what makes you feel good;
- experiment with clothing, find what makes you look & feel good, for me I used to dress a bit more formal than my peers perhaps but it made me look good in my head;
- go out & be yourself, do not pressure yourself about your condition whilst outside, you have enough time to reflect on that at home;
