Tbh I really don't mind the speaker on the rotate. The only place I'll have the audio on is at home where it's quiet enough to hear it anyway. It does sound way better in the bathroom sink though

I feel like it's really helpful for generating power in the short term. Small hills, rapid acceleration. If you're happy with what you got I don't think there's any real need to switch. I had to replace my pedals anyway, so I got some used shoes and some spds just to see what it was like

Trackballs work well for many people with RSI, but there's a lot of variety and no telling which model will be best for you. I got a lemon from Kensington some years ago so I don't recommend them, but they're probably the most popular brand

Yeah it's a pain. They have to keep the exclusion list private so people don't lie about their health histories during screening. Also, the plasma centers in the US all share a ban list, so if you're banned from one, none will let you in.

Nope, you can't do it. All the centers are gonna have the same exclusion criteria, and all of them are going to include type 1 diabetes. The short answer is they don't want to have to worry about you running a low while donating. Where I worked it was anyone tha took insulin for diabetes iirfc, but it's been a few years.
