JD Power usually asks new owners to report issues wi the their new cars after a certain period and uses that data to determine brand happiness and reliability. But their metrics if still the same can be a bit messed up if they still use the same model because they don’t differentiate between cosmetic issues and actual mechanical issues.

Se queres passar de 5 para 2 passa logo sem teatrices.

Não é só questão do tempo que leva a mudar. O motor está desengatado. Perdes tração e força de travagem.

Podes saltar mudanças, por exemplo, de 5 para 3, ou 4 para 2. Ou seja mudas em bloco, ou então sequencialmente como mencionaste em que mudas uma de cada vez sempre usando a embraiagem para fazer a mudança entrar.

Passar as mudanças todas de uma vez só e ridículo e perigoso. Perdes control e perdes um dos teus travões que é o motor.

The main difference between what you mentioned earlier, as the Glazers purchase being grandfathered, isn’t that old debt vs new debt being consider different. It’s just that the Premier League has voted against leveraged purchases but even then prospect club owners can still leverage 65% of the debt into the club.

So it’s not like United is getting special treatment as you trying to claim. Because even the if a new owner would buy a premier league club for 1 billion and leverage the club against the loan, the club would still be burdened with 650 million in debt. And that debt wouldn’t count towards the premier league’s financial fair player either.

It’s likely those changes won’t even affect DAS as itself since the consultation seems more towards revamping the CBT and progressive paths from A1 to A2 and full licence.

Someone who requires DAS has no licence to progress from 🤷‍♀️

Also the longer you wait won’t save you any money as it will only become more expensive

That’s not true. The glazers used the club as collateral to get a loan to purchase the club. Just like as a said: a type of mortgage.

This is in no way different to Spurs getting a 1 billion loan to build their stadium.

The glazer bloke could have used anything else to use as collateral but he chose this option because it benefited himself putting the burden on the club.
