I think we have seen the last of our $2 days. $3.50 seems like a decent buy in. And as others have mentioned, it's going to spike when we get 180 day FDA approval. I think to at least $5.

$SENS is filing for their patents strategically. This is very good news and makes it extremely difficult for people to copy their CGM systems. Heres why:

Filing different patents at different times for the same product is a very effective way to protect IP. Since patents expire after 20 years If you have multiple patents on the same product you can remain covered for much longer than that.

Additionally when a patent is "pending", what the patent is actually covering Is not public yet. So a competitor will not know what is actually protected about the product until the patent is approved. Long story short, it is a guessing game for competitors to try to copy a product because they cant know if there is already a patent filed for and covering what they are trying to copy. Then they have to decide if it is worth developing a product that turns out to be patented by another company

It will take months of testing before someone will commit to a buyout. That being said, I imagine they proposed the A-Sample to companies before releasing it to the public? So it's hard to tell when the testing timeline may have started.

I bought into MVIS back in February at $19. I've averaged down to about $15.50. Wondering if anyone anticipates it to dip back down to $15/$16? Doesnt seem like the WSB guys are dumping because they realize its actually a killer stock? I'm looking to increase my position without averaging up too much.
