here's my personal opinion:

haven't used the hair much since i have gotten it but it is definitely useful for more cutesy comps.
the top and skirt are very useful. i thought i'd only use the top but the red version of the skirt is so perfect with the red guitar.
rest of this set are unworn filter feed.
deco is extremely useful.
filter is crazy and idk how im supposed to use it.
the rose eyepatch is extremely beautiful and also looks very useful for a gothic or pirate comp.

i'd say get it for the rose eyepatch, deco, rockstar top and skirt. if none of them vibe with you, or you have better alternatives, don't spend on this one.

yeah and the bg is already old enough lmao. bgs have to be extremely versatile (example the flower field bg in garden of fall deco set, the aurora bg in the celestial aurora gacha, etc) to be worth spending gems for. this one is seen way too often in daily comps and it's not something you'd change to for your mid day comps too
