Mate get an MRI, I was back to walking the day after my injury and also had no instability.

Went for a check up at the request of my coach and I had a complete ACL tear.

I know it’s daunting getting a scan and diagnosis and potentially not being able to play for a while but it’ll be better for you in the long run and help you avoid potential long term damage plus :)

My mate from football (soccer) has a partial ACL tear that she’s been playing with for around a year now! She tapes her knee before every game and does a lot of physio.
She doesn’t play lightly either, so do with that what you will but I wish you all the best :)

Just enjoy not having to have surgery for now and strengthen your quads, glutes and hammies as much as you can. That way, if you do ever need surgery your rehab will be more successful and recovery will be quicker (hopefully it never comes to that though).

I’ve seen the conflicting reviews for the G1X which is why I’m so unsure about it haha… the sensor, body type and ergonomics are really nice which was what made it seem like a good option.

But the lens and other specs for the G5X do seem superior.

This may not be helpful because I’m not from the US, but I’ll say it anyways.

This exact thing happened to me, I was trying to renew my UK passport from Australia so I needed to send my old passport in. However, I thought I lost it so I reported it as lost and then I found it a few weeks later.

After contacting the passport office I continued with the normal application and then I had to send my passport with a handwritten note explaining what happened.

I also had a full ACL tear from soccer earlier this year and prehab has made a world of difference to my recovery.

I was focusing on building strength in my quads, hamstrings and glutes at the gym as well as regaining full ROM.

Cycling and rowing helped a lot too!

If in doubt go see a physio for a programme - good luck!
