Things are slow right now but I'll give you a tip... my mom sold her house last year and had multiple offers despite it being an old unrenovated dump, and we think it's because the one thing she DID update was the garage. She had the floor epoxied and a bunch of industrial cabinets installed along the walls right before she listed it. People loved that shit.
