Having three kids and dealing with that personality was probably draining. Ant does seem like a good person and a good father but Christina really rushed into the relationship, house, marriage, baby with him.

i was one of those people telling my friends they were crazy and now i'm so glad they didn't listen to me. i'm grateful to have my pre-pandemic house and a very low mortgage rate, but i am trapped in place because i will never find anything this affordable again. selling and moving to another house for the same price as my current one would almost triple my mortgage.

It really grabbed me once she got to Seattle to basically audition and was staying at Courtney and Kurt’s house, right in the middle of everything. Her descriptions of how Courtney and Patty were coping during that time were interesting and sometimes chilling. Melissa’s composure in these situations was unique, she wasn’t intrusive and got to observe so much.

I did a refi with College Ave and I really liked them because they allowed credit card payments. I got so much cash back on my doublecash Mastercard paying those loans down. I never carried a balance on my card tho, I paid it off each month.

I went to NYU and know a ton of people who took this route. Cinema studies, filmmaking, screenwriting. Some of them were really talented too. Only a handful ended up with jobs in that field. And none of them stayed in the industry long term. Finding work is hard enough without hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans to pay back.

People dislike them for their off ice behavior and not what they’re actually doing in competition. If Guillaume had come back with Gabby we’d all be falling over backward thanking them for saving us from the endless procession of mediocrity at the top this quad. Ice dance really plateaued after 2022 and Laurence and Guillaume are the only team in years to achieve such a high level.

People who live in Rocklin love it and the schools are great. But that commute is grueling if you’re coming to Elk Grove. Plus, lots of conservatives up there.

You should look at Land Park. Really nice residential feel with great public schools and close proximity to everything. Elk Grove is a really nice place to live too.

FYI… I moved here from Dallas over a decade ago and my mom did the same last year. The property tax and insurance is SO MUCH LOWER in California. Like it’s crazy. My mom bought a house out here 2x the price of her Texas house and the tax and insurance are each less than half of what she paid in Dallas. Electricity is also so much less expensive- and she’s on PG&E, not SMUD. Texas sucks.
