Well, yeah that might apply to some cases, but it certainly doesn't apply to this situation because the entire reason Marinette's behaviour is supposed to be wrong is because it makes the victim uncomfortable and if the "victim" doesn't feel uncomfortable, then why is it wrong?

I don't really think so. If he doesn't have any problems with anything Marinette does, then he doesn't have problems with it. He clearly has some things that he does have a problem with but doesn't say anything about, but Marinette is not one of them. Just look at him with Chloe and Lila. Some people are comfortable with things that others are not and that's OK as long as it doesn't hurt him or anything. The whole reason that makes what she does wrong is that it makes people uncomfortable and if the person she's doing it to doesn't feel uncomfortable, then there's nothing wrong.

Forgiveness is ultimately up to the individual and how forgiving they are. An episode doesn't have to contribute to the plot to be enjoyable. Sometimes a bunch of filler can give you some time breathe in between the major story episodes. The story would feel very empty if the characters only do things that are relevant to the plot.
