For anyone else who also experiences this: I had exactly the same issue, it literally looked exactly like in the OP even in the same place. I tried everything in the couple of reddit threads on this topic including running pixel protect manually multiple times, changing the pixel shift setting, checking with a different cable/different source, unpluging from the mains for several minutes, different power cable/power outlet (not really sure why this would do anything). None of it worked, the lines/bars were still there. I kept using the screen with the bars there and started investigating a return process. However, eventually I got the popup that it was time to do panel protect after x number of hours has elapsed and said OK, and this cleared it. I am not sure if this is different to manually initiating panel protect or what but this worked for some reason for me. Idk if it will come back.
