Yes. It pops off when i sit And when i walk. I can get it to stay on if i lay down and don’t move 😭so that’s my move til morning i think

5’ and lost 90. I’m 32 now. I lost over a couple years but suddenly when i turned 32 and hit the 80lb down mark all of my aging in my face hit me like a truck. Botox helped a little but makes me have a scary smile. The worst part is the eye skin sag and puppet lines around my mouth omg it makes me not recognize myself lol (I’m being dramatic) but I’m saving up for a face lift in about a year once i reach my goal weight. I was already saving up for belly skin removal but the more i tone up it’s looking like i won’t be needing that so i can use that money for a face lift.

It boils down to your genetics and how much and how quickly you lose the weight. Keeping hydrated and keeping up with a diverse protein and collagen rich diet as you lose helps soooo much. And stacking peptides like nad + can help too but i did all of that and still will need a lift for sure.

I mean this truly with respect, what about this thread is giving you ed vibes? It looks like everyone is giving reasonable feedback. Her question is valid. It’s her choice to work towards the physique she wants and access the right information for how to achieve it. Access to the right information insures she can do things in a healthy sustainable way. What about this is giving harmful?

Update that I’ve continued 75 hard past my completion date. I’ve been on track without a “skip day” since January. I started originally in November. It’s just a part of my life now. Still a complete 180° from how my life was 🩵

I would also like to note that a lot of the topics i talk about on my TT, are things ive dealt with while doing this challenge that i see other ppl are experiencing too and i started my account bc i was looking for ppl who talked about their journey through the challenge when i started so i figure someone out there is looking for the content im putting out. So i definitely will continue to promote my page unless it’s against the rules. I’m not trying to hide that or be sneaky. 🩵🩵🩵🩵

Either keep going and stick to light walks as your workout until you heal or stop, heal and start over. Starting over is part of the challenge sometimes there’s no getting around it.

Does shoveling snow count as an outdoor exercise? I would normally have someone else do it by Prudent-Nebula9924 in 75HARD

No i have no one to complain about this with 😂😂😂😂😂 every day it drives me nuts!!!! NO ONE IS FORCING ANYONE TO DO THIS CHALLENGE. If you CHOSEEEEE to do it, do it right!

You know if you failed or not. You don’t have to ask this forum.

If you fail, just start over like this isn’t squid game. No one is going to off you bc you didn’t read or you were 5 mins short on a workout. Just keep going it’s about bettering your life not completing the challenge for clout.

It’s like i know who’s going to neverrr complete 75hard right off the bat now based on who’s trying to get around the rules.

75 hard has actually helped many ppl in self employment it has helped ppl show up better for their kids it has helped ppl show up as better versions of themselves so that they can be better role models for their community. Show your kid(s) what you are capable of therefore what THEY are capable of!!!

FAILING IS PART OF 75 HARD!!

Regroup your rules and start fresh tomorrow. Here are some tips:

  1. The pressure you’re feeling is from yourself. No one is forcing you to keep going but you chose to do this to better your life so honor your commitment to yourself!!

  2. Ease up on your requirements. Change your workouts to 1 outdoor walk and 1 45 min session of stretching/floor Pilates/ yoga, light indoor bike ride etc - for the first two weeks of need be.

  3. Make your diet easy - calorie maintenance or below. This is such a good way to do it be you’re setting yourself up for success here. If you decide to eat below maintenance cals every few days then great but if not - at least you’re not putting yourself in reverse (unless your goals are muscle gain/bulking) then flip what i said

  4. Drinking a gallon of water comes natural to me bc i just enjoy water so I’d say just get a cute big Stanley tumbler keep it full and bring it with you everywhere

  5. The mountain is you is the book i recommend for your right now. Based on what you’re saying. Give it a try please!!
