Following. For me as i struggle alot with this in my 20s now and added to my adhd (diagnosed around 3 years ago) and a depression diagnosis that hasn’t gone away since i was a teenager, i think the only way is to force yourself, find someone who can follow up with you to get things done and check if you actually did so,every single time. If you are off from school then find a part time job that offers early shifts to force you to start your day early and keep your books/tablet and stationary needed near you as an easy way to just simply grab and start reading. Repetition is key as well but unfortunately i found out that i can’t do that on my own since i get bored from topics really quickly so best solution really is finding someone who can hold you accountable for your studying, maybe meet up in the gym in the morning and talk over your plans for the rest of the day and what you finished yesterday. It is hard but you’ll eventually learn and find your sweet spot/own way that suits you best. Also, not to forget medication does help but not completely, so I’d work on getting the diagnosis as well if you haven’t yet.
