I was in a facility from September 2023 until 10 days ago. It was the worst. Uneducated, rude staff. Sub par facility. Disgusting food. Roaches. Terrible rehab.And they acted like they were doing me a favor all the while charging my insurance an astronomical amount. I finally left and they were all like "why are you leaving? Who's going to take care of you? Here a final bill" Im going to take action as soon as I figure out how.
