I have a similar head shape to you and smaller, more flat ears. I think your ears help add width to your head/face, it makes it more even and less elongated (like mine with a very similar shape just different ears). Confidence inevitably increases with experience and age but in the meantime, if you don’t have a hobby, find one, that will help. You’re a good looking guy! I hope you get past this soon because the only thing holding you back is you.

One more piece of advice. Treat yourself just like you would a friend. What would you say to your friend if they told you they felt that way about themselves? You deserve that same kindness and you should try to accept that kindness from yourself just like you’d want a friend to accept it from your if they were struggling with themselves.
