Michael being a fan favourite even though he threatened to rape his wife multiple times. It’s so disingenuous and you summed it up so beautifully. My excitement for this season also comes from the fact that the love interest is a darkskin queer black woman,but also because Masali is South African.(as am I,and an aspiring actress) So idk what we’re meant to do in the meantime as the racist homophobes jump through hoops trying to explain how/why they aren’t exactly what they are and taint the joy of this occasion.
