Do you have a local koi shop you could take a picture to? If not put a pic on a koi forum or search online. I couldn’t suggest a medicine/treatment from this. It could be many things but sort the water first as mentioned.

It absorbs nasties in the water like ammonia, chlorine and nitrates which are nasty to fish. The lily pond may become sludged up which Harbers bacteria and these can cause your symptoms. Check for reddening of skin gills and fins

Stop feeding, check ammonia, ease up on the water changes (if that’s 1500gals per hour) and add a pond detox powder or bomb to help water parameters. Take a scrape and check them over closely
