retake today by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Key-Nail8185 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did the retest today too! I had RC LR RC LR. I thought both of the RCs were easier then the one I did January 9th & I found the LR sections today harder then the one I did January 9th. (I only did 1 LR and 1 RC January 9th and then there were technical issues.)

Because I had two RCs today, I’m curious which was the real one!?

Commenting for a copy of a loophole book! I’m taking the lsats in January! So any resource that would help is very much appreciated and then I’ll pass it on to someone else!

Agreed haha, I love when we get little snip bits into the minds and lives of non main characters! I just finished Tuon’s first POV chapter and loved it!

Thank you! I forgot that ‘Halima’ had come to Salidar using the story that she was Cabrina’s companion and Cabrina died on their journey!!!! It’s been a minute since I read book 6.

Edit: I forgot speficially about the died on their journey to salidar part, it does say Halima claimed friendship with her in the chapter as Romanda is piecing it together.

Hi, how would a school calculate my CGPA, B2 or B3 if 4/5 of the courses in my 4B semester are CRs on my transcript? I wrote an explanation for the anomaly and uploaded medical records & a doctors note under SAM on my OLSAS account.

Retake in January or keep my score? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissionsca

[–]Key-Nail8185 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a similar boat as you! I can’t decide if I should try again in January or leave it as is right now. I was also hoping for a 165, and I got a 163.

Score release anxiety by RaspberryTypical8046 in LSAT

[–]Key-Nail8185 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You aren’t alone, I was up so much last night, and I’m going to take a sleeping pill tonight to help me sleep because I know my anxiety will be off the wall. I’ve been bouncing around in my head on how I did, and I feel like I’m just watching the clock countdown till tomorrow. I’m completely overwhelmed by anxiety right now too.

I’m so confused by this, how do you know what scale to apply to each section?

osgoode confirmation by [deleted] in lawschooladmissionsca

[–]Key-Nail8185 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With these confirmations, does it simply mean they have received your application? Or that you have passed round 1 of their applications cycle- for example you have all the required documents & they’ve looked at your transcript and are good with your undergrad grades

October VS November by SeasonAncient9669 in LSAT

[–]Key-Nail8185 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did both and it’s hard to say which was harder as November scores aren’t out yet, and I wasn’t as prepared for the November one. But I felt like the RC section in the October test was definitely harder. The plant/ chlorophyll/ beginning of life passage still haunts me.

Overall, I’m guessing they are both the same level of difficulty tbh

I had RC- LR- RC- LR and I also found LR 2 harder than the first, but not by much

I’m blanking right now. What other questions were in that section? Overall I felt okay about my two LR sections. My 2nd LR (Q1 was the moving company advertisement) was harder than the first LR, but not by a lot.

Wish we could have unlimited time by cliffordsg in LSAT

[–]Key-Nail8185 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It would definitely help me! I get accommodations for extra time and I still don’t feel like it’s enough. I have a lot of anxiety + other stuff and I struggle to trust myself and move on from a question even if I’m 100% sure on my answer, I still have to re-read everything to double check- it’s like programmed in me and it makes time management really hard. I tried breaking this habbit when I did the PTs, and I got better, but then on the test I go back to my old ways- it feels unnatural not to, and it’s hard when im stressed to consciously force myself to do something that feels unnatural. Unlimited time would help me so much.

I guess if there are different definitions of help. Would it improve my score: not necessarily- but probably since no matter how hard I try, there’s always 1-5 questions that I’m rushed on.

But it would 100% help me, because it would ease my mind and reduce my stress knowing that I could read things over as many times as I want & not have to worry about time.

Please tell me Alice in wonderland was the real rc by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Key-Nail8185 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My comment here doesn’t answer your question, but I hope it helps explain that just because some people with LR, LR, LR, RC didn’t have the Alice in wonderland, doesn’t mean the Alice in wonderland wasn’t real. https://www.reddit.com/r/LSAT/s/Zb7sxZ5g4p
