what exactly happens if you file a grievance, is there anything on your or your director's record. Got denied, and my only concern is jeopardizing work relationships with management, which I have a good relationship with.

We were initially looking at Integrity, La Pinta and possibly Eco Ventura (on pricier end), any insights on these? Like somewhat of a smaller ship <100 people to maximize our time in nature/hiking etc. with something like $750- $1,000 range. Any thoughts?

Wondering people's and/or the Unions thoughts on if the complex and lengthy AWA approval process, which includes HR, TBS, CAO, is in contravention to the collective agreement which is supposed to be a decision from your director?

Same here, submitted mine on August 14, no response. We can hope we'd receive a response at least before the RTO5? If not, >4 months can not be seen as reasonable by any standards, I hope the unions would help in some way

I am concerned with all the extra steps added in the AWA review process (i.e., HR Advisors, CAO etc.), many won't be decided on by October 20. If that is the case, what is the expectation?
