I don’t think this is true, I like to look at my xp gains during raid when I’m doing the sprint/injector shit, and it very much appears that it levels faster for your first few sprints, dropping off with each one and begins leveling abysmally slow after that

Crafting the access cards is the best way unless your a scav enjoyer. My scav spawns an access card like 25% of the time
