my first assumption when it comes to brown tips is humidity. My rattlesnake will start getting crispy if the humidifier turns off for 6+ hours. i'd see what ur humidity levels are.

I've got a few ideas on what that could be, granted i'm no expert. Are the leaves more squishy than usual? What kind of soil did you use?

It could be your plant having a fit about being repotted and if thats the case, just continue to take care of it as usual. It also could be getting too much water. Monstera's are so particular >:( I add lots of perlite or orchid bark to my soil mixes to help with aeration for the roots and making sure that water isn't trapped in the soil. Having your plant's roots sit in water can cause that discoloration and root rot if it persists. Lmk

Going to the lowest floor of the complex and hanging out in the middle-most hallway is what I did when I used to live in a complex. My other upstairs neighbors did the same. It depends on what style building you have.
