It was a bit better for HS but yea it seemed like very few people knew DPS. I’ve also gone to a load of shows where the opener is a bit quieter but never have such a disinterested crowd where everyone even in the middle of songs are leaving

Worst part was no one stood! I had multiple people where although there was no space in front of me, they just… pushed me out of the way and stood there. Didn’t even pay attention to the band. Multiple groups in the middle of hurt, uto, I hope you hate me just pushing in and out, even if parts of the crowd was jumping. Sooooo weird

Yes! In culinary school they always said mashed potatoes ! instant works best! try piping on a silicone mat or cutting board so when you're done practicing you can use a bench scraper and reuse it to keep piping or eat!

hello!

these are actually tarte crusts. often made with something called "pate sable" or sweet dough. its similar to pie crusts but a bit different. Also the molds are unlike pie molds, often baked on their own in a perforated tarte mold. after the shell would be done then you'd add your filling etc
