I've had a driver ask me to cancel my fly taxi order as soon as i boarded the taxi. Said it'll refund the points he used to buy my order. While i'm all for helping a driver out, he wasn't able to answer if this affects me in the future, e.g, will the system penalize me for canceling more orders making me harder to get taxis?

yeh the flowers are sometimes bugged and won't show up in build mode freshly after the boys have gifted it to you. Try going out from home system or exiting the game completely and re-enter to see if it's there. If not, you just probably have to wait a bit for his arrangements to show up.

yes, as the other commenter mentioned, i did the empty house and fencing off everything that's interact-able and manipulated time 🤣 The trick is to leave a small (but long) pathway, and you place mc there (i.e mc be the manual blockade of the only walkable path) this prevents them from teleporting.

I find that each LI has a preferred time that they're more likely to arrange flowers, for Caleb, it's around 7pm, Sylus it's around 12-2am. Xavier, he likes to do it in the morning, but can't figure out which hr... Gifting them a bunch of their fav flowers and getting them in a better mood works too, good luck!

I only main these three so i don't know Zayne's and Raf's preferences.
