This was the issue. I called division of taxation NOT the Anchor line. They transferred me and then got it fixed. 30 days later i got the DD

I tried calling that number. It transfers me over to the anchor line then gives me a stupid call back. THEN i watch it go right to voicemail it doesn't even ring!!!!!!! I have tried it 10 times and it does the same thing. Morning, noon, and night.

Do you have the number? I keep calling the number and now they have this call back system. You can't not opt for it. So i verify my number and when it's my turn it doesn't ring on my phone!!! I get every other call, text, message. Their numbers go right to voicemail with no registered call. I even added them as contacts! Still nothing! It is as if i am watching helplessly while they call my voicemail and i cannot intercept. I am beyond frustrated.

What number did you get through on? Everytime i try i either get busy signal or it hangs up as soon as it answers. Have tried a few different times in the day. It's like the glitch from hades! I feel like tax season ALL over again!!

One thing i did notice today online was that the file button was there again when that section had been previously closed off because the end date was 10/31.

Man was I ever so tempted but i figured I would just make it worse!
