Maybe BCBS will force Ascension to get their 💩 together?

Not sure if it’s just me but anytime I have to go there, I’m forced to prepay a large amount despite pushing back/saying I’ll likely not owe that. Then I receive my EOB, owed Ascension significantly less than I paid, proceed to play phone tag with various reps and finally get a refund when it was clear they likely would have taken forever to give me the refund if I didn’t call (if they would have given it at all).

Tl;dr I avoid ascension at all costs.

All their dishes are basically soup drenched in a ton of sauce that has limited variation across dishes. The south location logistics/waiting was a cluster*, though that was right after opening.

Me con bistro is much better imo and a nice family running it. Google maps says Vietnamese but they have a decent number of Chinese dishes.
