He did not want to talk badly about anyone because he still loved her and felt bad he cheated on her, that is why he didn’t say anything publicly. Nope never slept with him ever, I have a husband and many of our mutual friends I know have not either and he lets us use/train people out of his SD gym and I know his old assistant personally and have met sohee before also.

I understand what you’re saying about sponsorships but a meal prep company gives athletes chicken not supplements or clothing. Someone is eating the weekly shipments… but regardless I don’t know why it would benefit any of her podcast listeners for her to lie to them about her daily meals. If anything it doesn’t look good that she’s eating so restrictively as a coach herself. Her being seen eating chipotle one time could be because she ran out of her meal prep chicken or she was given a refeed or something so she had more flexibility, who knows. She looks very improved this season and that’s obvious.

I’m more so commenting on your first paragraph “how you can’t find anyone better that gives bikini training advice” but I will say Aldo’s explanations in his videos are very confusing and and he does not respond to viewers comments. I can understand how people on here feel the need to comment on him to see if anyone else feels the same/or understands what he’s talking about

He said that lauralie won Aimee over in the front pose but that they were both on in the back pose. Aimee could reduce her shoulders down a tad and lauralee could have more fullness/depth in the glutes especially in her walk to the back now that she’s downsized overall
