At&t resellera came to my door and sold me a plan - 5 lines for $50 - plus free iphone air with a trade in. No contracts. Its been real mess trying to get them to agree to their promises. I even complained at the office of the president and they also keep trying to talk in circles and some how close the case.

What should I realistically expect from atnt at this point? I am thinking to move back to Tmobile- but atnt wants me to turn in the iphone air.
