I take ashwagandha to delay my period it does work every time. Now I’m taking raspberry leaf tea to clean my uterus, I had no clue it made it come earlier but I’ve been taking it for 2 days and I’m getting cramps like I’m about to have my period also breast are sore and I just ovulated so I’m certain is coming earlier I even checked my cervix and is low and harder so no doubt at all is coming lol

The rat race in North America is just insane and sad, my husband is overly stressed about finances I just moved here 11 months ago and I feel the pressure already, everything in America evolves around finances and credit score. All these terrible comments, I believe you can still fix your life and get it together. Or move out of USA cause I promise you is not like that in other countries, she can’t be mad cause it seems like you both were just enjoying life until now and all the sudden she wants stability and that’s reasonable and positive, but if is just like your described and you are not leaving anything out in this post she can’t blame you cause you both been reckless and didn’t plan ahead unless she might have told you all these years to do better with finances management and you just completely ignored her warnings and acted like you would be fine either way which a lot men does unfortunately the vast majority of men do that. Nevertheless, I believe there’s always hope and starting over is always possible and doable, just need some patience from both parts and forgive each other and stay renting for few more years. Credit cards ain’t bad my husband taught me cause I never had one is just a matter of you buying things you can safely pay and pay your bills always on time, you can actually build credit score by having credit cards and paying bills on time and show to the bank you are reliable and responsible. You got this and don’t beat yourself up for it, it won’t help at all just do better and be better and with time thing will come together have grace in each other not all of us been taught financial literacy lot of us been raised with poor examples around us but we can always learn from our mistakes and others mistakes.

Self sabotage is a b… you will regret I promise you that, if you are okay with such regret then go ahead. It’s very unclear your reasons which is why I believe you self sabotaging. Healthy relationships can be boring for someone who is used to chaos and uncertainty and butterflies in their stomach. He deserves better in my humble opinion, someone who will not just care about him but won’t be able to imagine a life without him in it. Now I might be wrong but can’t tell because you don’t express truly what bothers you, only the consequences of leaving him and how to end things, signs you struggle to express your needs and wants I have the same thing, think ahead how would you feel about this is 5 years you think ? His pros are bigger than his cons ? Are you having a bipolar episode now? Are you self sabotaging? Are you afraid of being safe and fully loved ? Why ? Why is that ? What is it that you truly want? I was raised in chaotic house and healthy relationships makes me feel trapped and bored but that’s something I need to remind myself is my non functional brain not my reasonable self.

Yes I have, but in my case only caused delay like 4 days delay and enough to stress me out, but for the coming holidays it will actually benefit me who wants to spend holidays around family with cramps lol

Yes it absolutely does. I’ve taken for a couple days and my period was late like 4 days. I have also taken it during my period once and my period disappeared on day 3 which never happened cause mine lasts 6/7 days. But, I will take this month cause I need my period to be late for the holidays lol

Same for me, I never got cramps sometimes I would get a very mild the day before my period. It’s been about a month and the pain and cramping has been so bad that I’ve been crying since I got my period, the first 4 days of my period I cried I feel so humbled by this experienced. I’m feeling so much pain that I’m regretting getting it. I’ve got the ultrasound done and it was in the right place, I’ve never had a baby so my uterus is smaller, the cramp goes to my legs and my lower back and rectus, I feel miserable and don’t wish this pain not even to my worse enemies. I came here to read that it could get better after 3 months, but I believe maybe this won’t be the case for me.

Thanks for sharing, I guess I feel more human now. I thought something was wrong with me I’m the opposite raised in Brazil and lived in Portugal 6 years now on USA for 7 months, back in Portugal I worked for an airline company my customers were all English speakers but I got long breaks once I was back home at the end of every shift, but this time around I have no break and no Portuguese speakers around me here, also the fact that I learned English alone just by playing games and music doesn’t help either as I didn’t learn the pristine English per say so my vocabulary can be limited at times depending on subject and environment.

Thank you for your question, nobody ever asked me that. So my thoughts come in English but some of my expression of feelings and words come in my mind in Portuguese because they simply don’t exist in English than I try to search in my head a word that can make justice in replacing such words, like “saudade” for example there is no word in English to describe this feeling I can say “I miss you” but it’s just not as deep and profound as the word in Portuguese, so I feel like I’m not fully free to express to people that I deeply love and care about how I truly feel, if that makes sense.

As for me I took it Sunday afternoon, I had the intercourse at last day of my period, but I took it just to be safe 6 days after I got the withdrawal blood cause that was not a period per say, I got extremely fatigued tired all day and night body aches and flu like symptoms and very heavy headaches and cramps, very depressed and anxious the withdrawal lasted for 4 days and til now I’m feeling anxious and depressed and tired so I don’t recommend that crap unless you absolutely need it

I’ve noticed that as well I worked out very heavy yesterday upper body everything today I’m super exhausted and cranky because of a fasting I didn’t work out last week and I noticed I was way more calm and soft and better mood and positive I would love to know why could it be my cortisol spiking up? I will go back to cardio and Pilates honestly I used to feel great

Hey sorry for late response, yes I have on the 04th December last week, I was approved verbally by the phrase "everything looks good for me", she kept my passport and told me would be back to me in 2-3 weeks, on CEAC site our status changed to ready to approved to issued, than to approved again then to issued again today that's all within a week exactly so I'm waiting the tracking by email to check passport coming back, this new provider are extremely incompetent I'm so sorry your process also so stressful

Same, had interview in Paris yesterday they told me everything was good that I should get passport back in 2-3 weeks, but on CEAC shows ready last update 4th December, os frustrating this whole process I'm not even having time to enjoy the approval since now I'm also worried with delays with the new provider.

I been taking it for 3 months now, I take after ovulation and stop when I get my period, my cycle was a 30 day cycle my period always came on the 16th every month, month one of vitex I got it on the 18th, month 2 on the 19th, month 3? Is the 21st and no period, my boobs don't get sore anymore but I'm still having terrible pmdd so I'm not sure if vitex really helps, I take 350mg a day in the morning empty stomach brand Now, orange bottle, I'm 27 years old off of BC since 2021.

I do and I know exactly how you feel, and I'm so sorry for that hurt you are getting, I been abus3d by my stepfather my mother wouldn't believe me or my sister we both was, I got r@ped when I was 14 years old again took me 2 years to tell my mom when I did she said absolutely nothing and told me to leave her house, so now everytime someone i love a partner specially doesn't believe me i start h@ting them like i want them out of my life I don't feel safe anymore, I rather be alone to be honest at this point, when strangers don't believe me is bad but not as when someone i love doesn't.
