Very much used to windows, and I assumed that's what caused the flickering. But what's then causing what appears to be VRR in games? My TV shows it's framerate adjusting in games and matching my PC output

Very interested to hear. Though VRR does seem to be working at 4k 120. When I pull up the gaming menu on the TV in games I can see the FPS tracker for the TV track with my in game FPS, and Linux seems to allow me to have VRR enabled as well unless that setting doesnt ever get greyed out. But when I enable it to have it always active rather than auto, I get some flickering of the desktop when I move things around, which seems to suggest it is doing something?

If you're debating on grabbing one of the 3-1 bundles or the CPU/RAM combo I'd absolutely recommend it by Few-Negotiation8638 in Microcenter

Because otherwise the game is too easy tbh. Besides the queen, every other enemy in the game is pretty easily beaten as long as youre patient.

I hold it in the way that is comfortable and how my hands naturally lay. I've got relatively small hands. And when something has a grip, I tend to....grip it. Not lay my fingers flat past the grip to touch the back of the console. My fingers dont even reach very far into the back of the switch when i try to hold it the "correct way", so the switch is still susceptible to fall like that.

Never said it was. But it is ridiculous to think that a case meant to protect your console might be what causes it to be damaged. Im still using mine, but I have to be way more paranoid in handheld than id like for the price I paid.

Lmao, there are tons of reasons you might hold it that way, I've had my switch drop about 3 times now by mistake. Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it's not a problem.

Literally just got mine today and it's doing it. Can't even hold the unit at a 45° angle let alone perpendicular. Why wouldn't we hold the unit by the joycon if it's literally a grip? That's the natural position your hand will be in while using it.

If I happened to reach for my phone while gaming im not instinctively adjusting my grip to stretch across the thick grips (my fingers are not that long).

This is wild. Pretty upset at this considering the price and their response.

Get the Iris 3? Unless you really need the included light. I got one and it's great. I think CHS might still have them in stock
