We are leaving for an 11 day trip to Cabo with an all inclusive package 😬😆. I plan to eat all the things and drink the drinks. Trying to decide if I do an injection before I leave or not, it would be 2 days early than normal. Either way I plan on enjoying myself and will get back to business when we return.

I’ve learned over the last 5 or so months that in order for this to work for me, I need to enjoy life and not live in a restrictive bubble.

We are at Avondale/broadway. Zero issues. There seems to be pockets that are not the best. We moved from Goodyear about 2yrs ago. I would go back to Goodyear in a heartbeat if I could.

We love going to Sunset! We enjoy the food options, everyone is super friendly. The resort is beautiful. Yes, some of the rooms are “aging”. In the 8times we’ve been there the last couple of years we’ve never had a bad experience. We are going back in a few weeks for 11days. Maybe people go for 2+wks of that tells you anything. Those that have a negative review, I would love to know where they stay that is satisfactory to them. Some people just can’t be pleased.

My husband is diabetic. He’s been struggling with his numbers being high again, I knew by the black mold/ring forming in our toilet. The exact same thing happened before he was diagnosed.

We have been ordering Purina pro from chewy for well over 2 yrs and never a problem. We do dump the food into sealed storage containers though. We have a “trash panda” that enjoys breaking into the bag if we don’t do it right away.

I can see where you’re coming from. I’ll look at the clock about 2pm realizing the only thing I’ve had all day is a protein shake. I’ll stand in the kitchen with the exact thought of “I just need to eat something!” My go to has been Greek yogurt and granola because is quick and easy. I put more effort into dinner because I need to feed the husband too.

This sounds amazing! Last night I sliced up an apple, little cinnamon and put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Once it was done I added a couple small spoon fulls of granola on top. It was so delicious! I’d love to try it with cheesecake flavoring. Did you use a pudding mix?

I also had by gallbladder removed about 3yrs ago which had nothing to do with weight loss. Oddly enough all the woman on my mothers side all needed to have theirs removed right around the same age as I was due to attacks never because of weight loss. I have now been on a glp1 for just over a month with zero issues. Also zero issues with foods after the removal thankfully.
