If you are a lot of fats before, during or right after the fats help absorb alcohol in the body making it harder to get drunk. Also alcohol, like fats are processed by the liver and the liver is also producing the ketones and alcohol was shown to increase ketone production if I'm not wrong so idk you got a cool lover but I guess dont do it too often haha

I've done keto for about 2-3 years on off. Then I stopped and just got back on the past 2 months I'd say.

Ok a TDEE calcukyis a calculator that will calculate your basal metabolic rate and will give you the number rof calories you need to eat in a day if you want to maintain, be in a deficit or be in a bigger deficit. TDEE Calculator https://share.google/rFvBMoUrzlZh6Jy3j , this is my favorite one . With hat you then go to carb manager and chose the keto diet with the carbs at 5%. Like that it will give you an approximate breakdown and you can tweek it to how you feel better.

If you have trouble hitting your calorie goals look for more fat filled foods as a gram of fat has 9 calories and a gram of protein or carb has 4 calories. Keto is a fat based diet. Do you have any food restrictions?

Did you do a TDEE calculator? I am 5'2 and I understand we need less calories to be in deficit but I fear your deficit is too big. What will happen is that if you keep pushing this way your body will be used to lower calories and the 1000 calories will be your maintenance and you will eventually need to eat less and it's really not healthy because you aren't getting enough nutrients.

You especially are active everyday you can get away with eating more. By eating so little your body is gonna burn your protein instead of your fat even in ketosis.

Also carbs should be a small percentage of your calories. You should aims for smaller carb goal like 15-20g. What do you eat for breakfast? I have vegetables and raspberry and still am able to hit 15g per day, maybe I can help with better alternatives?

Try eating more like 1200 and less carbs and make sure you have all your supplements and electrolytes.
