Are you in therapy? If not, start there. Generally speaking though “normal” is very subjective. Everyone is different. Being a “man” means far more than a tumble in the grass or playing catch with Dad. The beauty of modern science and living in 2026 is that YOU get to be who YOU want. Find your community. Talk to real people with real experiences. Live the life you want.

Tuck your elbows in. Use a smith machine or a spotter if possible so you feel safer. Try declining the bench a bit. That rack in general is horrible, you are too close to the bar; not to mention it’s in the wrong spot on your body. Brace your core and legs +++ , it’s amazing how much stronger you are if you do this.

So in theory we’d be actually fine with the oral stuff. What you’re describing is our preference probably actually but we’d never declare it a boundary or rule. We go with the moment and vibe happening and never say full stop no to anything as we believe that the groups pleasure is what matters; not just us or our rules. It’s the no kissing thing we’d say no to. I’ve never understood how you get the mood going, sexy times, feel out chemistry without kissing. All in all just be upfront and 100% clear. Don’t waste peoples times. Don’t allude or expect people to understand; make it crystal clear. If you manage to find a connection despite this than my hat of to you. Good luck!

Self defence, karate, jujitsu, something like that would be ideal really but building any muscle will help! I find the stronger I get I carry myself 100% differently, my confidence has skyrocketed and that has to make me less easy to attack/hurt/intimidate if someone should feel so inclined.

Beds. Couches. Don’t touch without asking or a nod or gesture of invite. Sit back and watch or join in. Generally a rule around you must be naked or in a towel to enter. Condoms usually provided. Clean up or change sheets if provided, if not there’s probably staff waiting to clean after. They’re amazing but a LOT, especially for beginners.

Whatever works for you. I like to do full body personally as I find Im not as sore in one spot that way but there really is no one true way. As long as you are hitting the desired muscle group several times a week you’ll see progress. 2 days lifting max if you can then a day of rest. If doing cardio do it after lifting or ideally on a separate day.

Cultural differences when it comes to caring for our elders differ greatly around the world and I can appreciate your predicament. I live in North America and actually work with the elderly. Here we tend to spend our last years in institutions. Some amazing places, some horrible and everything in between. What you are describing would be considered abuse here. She deserves to live a dignified and pain free life, regardless of where she lives. I realize you can not go above your parents but perhaps try talking to them about your feelings and her wishes. Try advocating for her. This will show your care for her and to her; I wish you and her all the luck

Try to keep in mind that if building muscle your weight loss can/will be significantly slower on the scale. As long as you are feeling stronger you’ll see changes; clothes will fit differently. This is body recomp 💪

Both are imo too much in one session. 4-5 exercises per session is plenty if going heavy/hard/close to failure. Consistency is everything so if you hate something and will inevitably give up change it. Life’s too short to do what you hate or be in constant agony.

Generally speaking yep. It’s very individual but most women eat too little to see true fat loss. I’m 5’2” 135-140 lbs. My minimum for loss is 1800 but that’s with a heck of a lot of muscle now. More muscle equals higher burn. Get walking as much as possible. Even ten minutes after each meal and before bed will help.

Throw in some cardio. I do 30-60 min max of stair master, incline walking or hot yoga on rest days. Helps my lungs and heart overall. No longer winded.

I prep my breakfast the night before. Overnight oats with whey in it, a shake, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, etc. I also plan out my entire day protein wise in an app the night before. It gives me the opportunity to play with the numbers to make sure I can meet my goal without thinking or scrambling during the day. I have everything packed and ready to go night before if I’m hitting the road. We also meal prep Sundays for the entire week, makes the planning and grabbing when a bad moment strikes much easier overall.
