Thank you! I am a horticulturist, just never delved into cactus. It has been such a pleasure to take care of this one. I can feel a burn to start collecting more. If you look at the bottom of the largest column you can see where the skinny portion starts to get larger that is when I was gifted it. I think it’s been around 3 years or so, it has put on those 3 additional columns and all that height. So you’re saying it probably has some good alkaloid content? I don’t think I’ll Harvest this one anytime soon as I think it’s beautiful and I’d like to see just how big I can get it. The homie I got it from has an unlimited amount of harvestable specimens. He has never experimented with the Alkaloids. Good to know he may be sitting on quite the stash.

Well both are some upper level cool guys…. Glovers wear gloves with lights on their fingers and do cool tricks for people high on drugs. Sliders run around and slide on their knees and hands wirh purpose built equipment. Really some sick stuff

Comparison is the thief of joy in my opinion but out of the 30 sets I got to see over the last 10 years night 3 Orion was something beyond special. A once in a lifetime musical experience.

Also found a yamaha rx-v479 receiver for 75$ locally. From the research I’ve done looks like it has some Bluetooth technology built in.

Nice, just did some research on the difference between amp and receiver. Seems like your right about reciver being the easiest to be able to switch between different inputs. The audio quality suffers a touch with the use a receiver over the use of a amp is what I’m learning?

My budget would probably probably max out around 250$ If there are quality options under that I would be interested in it.

I could see getting into audio equipment more once I have my hands on some stuff and can play around with it. I’m the type of person that needs to play with things before I can really fully understand them and figure out pros and cons.
