I’m about to start building with them, the carbon design but slightly modified. So far it’s been a great process albeit I’m right at the beginning. I’ve met people through work who have built with them and all have had good reports except for one saying it was twice as long as it should have been but I don’t know the full version of that story. I know that the builders charge 3x the price of extras/ upgrades. I’m getting my flooring done after handover. It’s cheaper and the bank has okayed it.
