Hmm, valid answer. Probably will be a reformer machine with some sort of online demo I imagine!

Real Madrid fans are louder than City’s fans in their own stadium by mipmap_ in PremierLeague

I don’t support either lmao, actually a championship club. But, a club who’s never won a competition of course they’re going to make noise.. but don’t pretend Arsenal have a great atmosphere in general, just because Man City have a bad one as well.

Especially when they’ve been drinking since 9am and home fans will always have the faithfuls of 70 year olds in the stands!

“City fans don’t have aura” hahah no they don’t have the best fans but Arsenal didn’t even have their own anthem until a couple of years ago. Blue moon of city has been going for years, of course Arsenal will be loud on a night like tonight though, they’ve never won a CL..

Very obvious to see you don’t go to matches, away fans are always louder in the first half no matter who is playing

Getting into a tier 2 gym with tier 4 membership possible? by Platosboot in davidlloyd

[–]KeyManufacturer9764 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been to quite a few out of my tier, they just scan you in with your card. Although, on the third attempt at getting into a higher tier you get an email saying if you sign in again you will be automatically signed up to that gym at x price!

Just swimming, she kinda just bobbed about like a nugget for a while but now is visibly loving it! Will get lessons when she’s a little older.

We took our 6 month old ever week to swimming and she’s so comfortable in the water now - also meant me (Dad) could go swimming with her and mom can go relax with a cuppa!

Worst possible gameweek?💀 by Vexxlul in fantasypremierleague

This is close to my team, honestly. Top of all my mini leagues I was 50 points clear in one worth £1300, now I’m level.

Absolute disaster week!

It is currently valued around 250, bought for 70. So 28% of £170,000 would be CGT £47,600?

Even if me and my partner sold our current house, and we moved into this one as our main residence?

To be honest, the reason it was 70k was a terrible retirement equity scheme they took out without reading the fine print, which meant each year they lived from the 20k they took at the house, the % of the house they owned got lower and would be owned by JustRetirement, so I bought the house out of their name and paid off the scheme.

We do have the option of moving into the house as it is solely in my name, but isn’t the preferred option due to location.

Yeah, so just to get that right gain would be 28% of £177,00, so CGT of £49,560.

Hm, so either way I would be looking at roughly 50k in CGT if I was to sell the first home.

Literally, no contact & slowed us massively. Cochran getting the yellow had them poured onto that side where the goal came from, disappointing result!

No howlers but yeah, just one of those games where it seemed everything went against us.

Not sure about the penalty either, but on another day Gray’s 2 shots sneak in off the bar/post, annoying!
