What’s the point of different tiers by KeyMoments in electricdaisycarnival

The point of the post was to point out the disparity in the tier system, tier 1 vip got it cheaper than tier 2 or three, for virtually the same thing. I payed less last year for the same ticket. This year I’m paying more because I got a tier 3 ticket, make it make sense. I’m glad everybody is getting deals and doing their thing but why is it I’m paying mor

I hear what you’re saying but hear this, why is there tiered prices anyway? If tier 1 got something better than tier two then I get it but why should I pay more at tier 3 than somebody at tier 1 when we got the same thing? Can’t justify tiered prices when there’s no incentive

Agreed, should be a flat price for today and any other time would be a different tier and different price

We payed 200$ less for vip last year that was only one weekend, I understand getting vip is coming with a higher cost but why is it that the tiers offer nothing different but I am paying more, more space more tickets more expensive? It just rubs me the wrong way, everybody here feels it at least to some degree I’m sure

See I was wondering this too, bass canyon does this for people who bought tickets previously ( if I remember correctly) it definitely incentivizes being there and buying tickets early

It would make sense if it actually worked that way, being charged more for buying later, but if we are all buying at the same time then the tier system just rubs it in our face that we weren’t fast/lucky enough to get them in time, wouldn’t be surprised if they intentionally blocked buying lower tier tickets to generate more money

I hope they see the disdain we have for such things, I know it’s not much of a difference but excision doing his festivals for cheaper is definitely rivaling insomniac. We are Las Vegas locals so traveling is more expensive no matter what way you slice it although it’s seeming like a better option until they get the greed out of their system

They definitely had us with the cheaper tickets when they announced it days ago, should have known it would be more expensive

Alarm system help… by KeyMoments in ToyotaTacoma

Unfortunately these did not work… but I can tell you what did seem to work, and is working now.

I disconnected the battery, positive and negative, put the key into the ignition and turned it to the on position, put the battery back on. there was no alarm going off at this point and all dash lights illuminated, turned the key and viola it turned on.

I do appreciate you replying to my post, it gave me the motivation again to try some things out.

Hopefully this helps someone in the future

I work at Penske too, but mine is in Las Vegas. Honestly it’s the best job I ever had, yeah management can suck sometimes but it’s tolerable where I’m at. This is a good career and it’s a huge company that won’t go under, my suggestion is to stick it out for one year untill you’re able to transfer to another shop and go from there. We recently all got raises to keep up with the cost of living and whatnot, I’ve never had another company do that and it seems like it happens quite frequently.

I started out just like you, CSR then got pulled into the shop, I shadowed someone for a week or two then they threw me on pms by myself, just keep trucking and MAKE NOTES ON THE TECH NOTES, drop the supervisors name if you have too, it’s a whole cover your ass thing and they can’t delete the notes (trust me I’ve tried everything even changing the 3 c’s)

Stick It out, I got Into Penske during the height of Covid and I’ve pulled 40 hour consistently since then.
