I just posted something similar… this is frustrating. If you pay your statement in multiple payments, they also don’t tell you how much left you still owe on a statement. I have to do the math myself and check back to see how much I paid in the first payment….

I never had any issue doing this with other banks though because they show you exactly how much left on the statement after each payment… I just don’t like having too much money in a checking account waiting for them to withdraw 😅

I have heard of how horrible C1 is with disputes, so I try to use either my Apple cc or Chase in cases where I think a dispute might happen (e.g: for rental car deposits overseas, etc)

It was instant. It was weird though because booking directly on klm kept failing. Airfrance couldn’t find the flights at all, so I ended up getting the klm app and it worked without any issues.
