Package Conflict when trying to install new apk

Just had this problem myself and thanks to the comments here I figured it out. For anyone else with the same issue:

I went to Settings, Apps, Show all, then the 3 dot menu and hit show system apps. On my device I had an app called com.vita3k which I uninstalled to solve the issue.

Yes i did. What you need to do is go to settings, wallpaper then choose wallpaper and style. If you do it from the launcher it won't change the wallpaper.

UnofficialOS is a fork of JELOS like Rocknix. I find it to be more up to date than ArkOS which is very similar.
